<![CDATA[Allow the search(address) bar to move down manually.]]>It would be nice to manually customize the address bar position, for example to move it down as implemented in Safari or Yandex browsers. I'm still wondering why Opera doesn't have it. Why do you have to implement it?
Firstly, I believe almost everyone has 6+ inch screens now and not every user have one-handed mode. So It's not very convenient to reach out the upper side of screen.

Second, users who have always been on other browsers will not feel discomfort when switching to Opera because of address bar position.

Third, subjectively this solution looks more progressive and more aesthetic.
