With Opera closed, I deleted this folder (Local Storage) and the problem was solved. If you have a similar problem, first backup this folder and then delete it.

In my case the full path was

c:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Default\Local Storage\

I'm not syncing this part right now, but the old data keeps popping up.

I think the only solution for me is to delete all the residues together and install again.
