Youtube pop out player volume changes automatically

When im listening music on youtube and the song passes, the volume on the pop out player just drop down automatically, this happens on every song, even if i have at 100% the volume on youtube and my computer, the volume on the pop out player just drop down automatically, this is anoying because i have to enable the pop out player, turn up the volume and then close the player, this on every song. I already reset to default the settings, i dont have extensions, reinstall opera and this keep happening, also i tried turning up the volume on Browser Sounds but no results, i have the latest version of opera, help plz
