While having a warning that says developer console may be "for developers only" may be appreciated by lay users, it becomes quickly irrelevant for a developer. The warning message is large; it wastes valuable screen estate, which is even more unproductive on smaller screens. It is also highly prominent with bright red and bold text on a red background, making it a permanent source of distraction.

Besides common UI good practices / common sense demanding a dismiss button for a developer's workflow, there is also a growing number of complaints from the community on this issue. E.g., this Opera forum post and an addon/hack development in progress.

Given these, please add the option to dismiss or remove this warning message in Opera and Opera GX.
