<![CDATA[Opera VPN for Out of Country (USA) access]]>I have a US client who is traveling out of the country. He wants to access his insurance carrier websites while he is abroad. His carriers restrict access from outside the US. I am recommending Opera to him. Can anyone think of a reason that this would Not work?
