I guess you're already aware of this problem but anyway. I use a high contrast theme on Windows 8: black background, white foreground. This causes Opera to display some controls' background in black, while keeping the black for the font, thus showing black blocks with invisible text. You may already know what I'm talking about but <a href="http://imageshack.com/a/img909/6727/N5bCcg.png" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc"><strong>here's a pic</strong></a>.</p>
<p dir="auto">Would be great to see this fixed.</p>

<p dir="auto">Also (to avoid creating a new thread), I like the big preview for pages that activates "on mouse over" a tab, reminds me of the small windows' preview when you hold mouse pointer over a taskbar item. The thing is, Windows Taskbar's preview will go away as soon as you press any key. This behaviour could be added to tab previews: fade away if the user starts pressing any key.</p>
