Sometimes a flag may cause some issues.

To reset flags, go to opera://flags

I did that, it resets the settings but it continues the same, could you tell me what is "flags"

I would start by disabling all extensions. If it doesn't help, reset the flags and, if still needed, reset the settings.

If nothing helps, just create a new profile.
