whenever i'm not using opera and just minding my business in a game or program, sometimes, like no more than twice a day, opera just wants to say me hi and opens itself to the last tab that was used
the tab does not load, but it's very annoying to be playing an online game and get interrupted by this problem
disabling the startup in the task manager doesn't help at all, hope there is someone who can help me

If so, then you at least know that it's some other program (Steam is often the culprit) that's launching the default browser on your system for some reason and not specifically Opera.
