Having issue when streaming video using built in media player. Was working fine until about a week ago. Problem - cannot scroll ( fast forward) thru video without it freezing up. Video will play fine as long as you don't manually advance it. I can also use the +30sec feature with no issues (as long as I don't hit it to many times quickly). Can fast forward saved videos with no problem. I am assuming it is some sort of cache/buffering issue. I have tried with ad blocking off and on, vpn off and on. Using latest version of mobile Opera and a Samsung galaxy tab S7+ with latest version OS. Have 1 gig service so that should not be a problem. Also tried deleting and reinstalling app.
