Printed a form from a website that I have printed 1000s of times with no issue. After printing from Opera, you cannot edit text in the pdf file. The screen has borders for images and text intermingled. Problem does not occur with Edge. Tried printing an email from Gmail just now and the issue persists. No problem when printing to pdf from Edge.

Figured it out earlier this AM. I was printing to Adobe Acrobat instead of Save as PDF. Issue resolved thankfully. Thank you and to others who replied.

Or, are you printing to the "Microsoft print to pdf" printer?

What program are you opening the saved pdf in?

So if you can't edit PDF documents check to see it they are protected. There are some PDF readers that don't allow you to edit the document. You might want to find a PDF reader that can also edit PDFs.
