History is not fully synced

Hello everyone,
I have problems with Opera, so:

1. not all history from the opera account is synced. When I enter my account, I can see the number of pages visited, but in the browser's history after logging in, it is not there.

2. Is it possible to log out remotely from devices logged in to the account?
