<![CDATA[Update & Recovery not updating Opera when it should]]>I have a Windows 10 PC where the "Update & Recovery" page never downloads available updates. I have tried resetting to defaults without data retention and completely uninstalling and reinstalling Opera but still can't get the semi-automatic update to work on this one PC. My only update method is downloading the installer and installing the new version manually. Any suggestions?
