Missing youtube high-quality options

All youtube videos I watch are missing any option above 720p. They always don't show 1080p or above. Just to be clear all options beneath 720p show just fine. Using no other browser causes this issue. Just opera. Have not been able to find any permanent fix. Only temporary fixes that stop working after a restart. One of these temporary fixes was to disable or enable hardware acceleration (either one accomplished a temporary fix) and restarting Opera.

@glorpin I just watched a video with 4K resolution on YouTube. Did you try disabling all extensions as said?
