<![CDATA[[Duplicated] Twitter has problem playing videos]]>Twitter plays the video for 1 second, then stutters and stops playing.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Go to test page
2.) Play the first video that shows
3.) Problem shows up

Expected behavior: Video plays like normal
Actual behavior: Video plays for 1 second then stops and doesn't want to continue playing

Tried the test page on Chrome and Edge, both play out the videos but not in Opera
