<![CDATA[Pinned extensions bar hides on startup]]>About a couple of months ago I've noticed that pinned extensions are hiding after starting Opera, although Extensions Cube is showing that some extensions are pined (exactly as I pinned them). Only if I unpin and pin back one extensions reveals the pinned extensions bar.

Is this a feature or a bug?
