Need to Reset Opera Without Losing Bookmarks

I am having multiple problems with Opera, from very slow starting to page crashing for some time now. So I think I need a Reset of the Browser, my biggest concern is losing the Bookmarks! as I have been collecting them for years on Opera! I ask for Help on this issue, because I did a reset some years back, that supposedly would save the bookmarks! and I ended up losing them!

@joninflorida Make a copy of the Bookmarks file located in Opera's profile directory.

@leocg I have gone into the Parent Directories, but see no files about Bookmarks?

@joninflorida Check the path for the profile directory in opera://about. copy it and paste into Windows Explorer or whatever is the file manager of your OS.
In that directory there will be a file called Bookmarks.

@joninflorida Folder? It's a file named literally Bookmarks with no extension, are you talking about it?
If so, just make a copy of it and put on a safe place. -

@joninflorida @joninflorida How about just opening the Bookmarks Manager, open Full Bookmarks View, and in bottom left see the button "Import/Export", hit export to HTML, and save the file and re-import it after the reset?
