Please return features as in the version 12.17 - adjustable panels, notes, side-opened semi-window and open last closed window with CTRL+Z.
The current version is too minimalistic, it's now like the chrome browser in its worst.
Well, Opera link - but now I can't edit my notes! And it isn't convenient to use "as it is now".
