<![CDATA[Opera 89 dev news]]>The first, initial version of Opera developer 89.0.4415.0 ;-)

The main news in this version is an improvement in the address bar drop-down - more info in the blog post.
 
The flag #address-bar-dropdown-cities is enabled in this version (ready to test it).
 
Removed Opera's flags: #adblock-sitekey, #cashback-extension-download and #scrollable-tab-strip.
 
Some changes, fixes and improvements:
- DNA-97384 Assertion failure in simple_menu_model.cc
- DNA-99255 DCHECK on start: trying to read an unregistered pref: vpn_pro.enable
- DNA-68493 Opera doesn’t close the address field drop-down, when dragging text from the address field

The flag #scrollable-tab-strip is back and enabled by default (ready to test it).

Opera's flags #enable-force-dark-from-settings and #snap-from-panel are enabled by default in this version (ready to test them).

- DNA-99673 Dragging tab to top of second display doesn’t maximize created window
- DNA-99713 [Video Conferencing] sizing issues with the controls in PiP window

Why? Who asked for this? It completely breaks the flow of using bookmarks as a "to check later" tool. Atleast let us decide with an option.

Edit : Its happening on All folders, not just bookmarks bar ones. Please fix it, only for bookmarks bar is ok, for all folders as its happening now its madness.

If active, option for enabling "Force dark theme on pages" will be shown in Settings and Easy Setup.
 
The flag #cashback-extension-download is available again, but disabled by default (still needs some work).
