<![CDATA[Opera Desktop not syncing: Tabs, Tabs in Workspaces, settings (Keyboard shortcut)]]>I've got a sync issue, because no tabs and no settings show up in second computer. Everything else is being synced ok.
All available sync data sliders are set to the right in advanced syncsettings.

I just installed Opera (Desktop) moved all open tabs from Chr*me over, put them to different Workspaces in Opera.
Imported bookmarks and stuff that could be imported to Opera.
Setup an Opera account to be able to sync all browser seettings and activated sync on that "first" Opera computer.

My "primary" Opera is installed on a Windows 11 Home 64-bit machine. Version:86.0.4363.50 Update-Stream:Stable
My laptop has Windows 10 Home 64-bit. Opera Version:86.0.4363.50 Update-Stream:Stable
They got the same Opera version.

In Opera, i'm logged in with the same account on both machines.

I expected that I get a mirrored Opera browser on second computer:

  • All settings and Tabs,
  • also expected that all tabs in Workareas are available as they are in primary computer
  • defined a different shortcut to work like in Chr*me, quick tab change, as I'm used to that behavior

Do I expect too much or are there settings I have to adjust?

I have Opera GX running on that same computers as well and logged in with the same account, use it for gaming stuff only.

Took time to find the Tabs icon. I had to open Sidebar Settings to find and enable the Tabs icon.

Opened tabs from other devices/installations can be found by clicking on the tabs icon in sidebar.
