When enabled, allow IPv6 connections during the update procedure.

Enable a refreshed Pinboard pop-up.

#snap-from-panel
Enable Snap tool from the sidebar panel with Easy Files.

Some changes, fixes and improvements:
- DNA-99003 Crash at views::Widget::GetNativeView() const
- DNA-99129 [Mac] crash in network installer
- DNA-99064 Hard to D&D the current URL to a specific folder on the bookmarks bar, when unfiltered drop-down is displayed
- DNA-99178 The "Left/Right" keys not working in the address bar drop-down
- DNA-99230 Switching search engine with a shortcut stopped working after DNA-99178
- DNA-99189 [Mac] text field shortcuts are hijacked by the browser
 
Chromium is updated to 101.0.4951.41, that includes a lot of security fixes.
