With all the other browsers if it lets me but with the opera no
Try first with the GX which is the one I wanted but then when I couldn't try the normal one but it doesn't let me either

The download installer arrives at 1s and says that it can not be downloaded again and even so it does not let me

Create Opera Software file but nothing

If so, once it's downloaded, double-left-click it to launch it, click "options", adjust the options as you like, and install.

If some, please be specific about what fails and when, and what version of Windows.
