We use it for school and did a lesson where we were learning Windows 8.1 and office 2013 Onedrive and there was a question on how to change the background on the lock screen

In the quiz of all the 30 questions that is the same place I froze when all else was fine and got wrong answer

They told me I didn't answer the question yet the results say I chose the wrong picture

I updated Flash and Java 7 prior and have 3ghz Intel on Dell desktop and 2.5 gb ram and 1gb of video card and computer is only 9 months old

Chrome crashed before I tweaked the flags and shockwave and updated the Java 7

They say that Firefox works fine too

What could be the problem?
