<![CDATA[Tools, Settings and User Customization, Please!]]>I don't know in what Opera's developers are working now, but is time to give us a new release containing important old tools that was the Opera's signature until v12.

opera:config is a joke! because we have not any significant settings, it seems like a simplified Chrome's Preferences

I steell using opera 12 even crashing each a hour, just because it have tools
