click to hold the button to drag move where to top or bottom in sidebar. or go to settings to arrange sidebar

example in default sidebar:

3) GX corner

5) Messenger
6) Instagram
7) Twitter
8) Discord
...

I want customize move in sidebar

2) Instagram
3) Twitter
4) Discord
5) Twitch
6) GX corner

...

also I need move custom site panels to top from bottom because I annoying scroll down to reach custom site panels in sidebar.
