<![CDATA[Opera failing to update or download new install]]>This morning Opera is indicating an update is available. It downloads to 100%, then restarts the download to 100%, and then reports that Opera failed to prepare the update.

I closed Opera & downloaded the Opera installer from the Opera website. The installer runs but reports that it failed to download Opera.

Any ideas?
