I coud not find either suitable setting or flag; those old searches completely ruin my browsing experience <img src="https://forums.opera.com/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/emoji-one/1f61e.png?v=89iooh84962" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-emoji-one emoji--disappointed_face" title=":(" alt="😞" /></p>
<p dir="auto"><em>(I usually start with typing 1-2 letters of my lately visited site name and hit Enter or choose between first few entries, with keyboard - but now those first entries are some kind of searches. I usually do not keep all possible sites open as tabs either.)</em></p>

<p dir="auto">Yes and no. I had categories flag enabled accidentally, after disabling it search results shifted to end of dropdown, it is much more usable now.</p>
<p dir="auto">But main problem remains - I never need those search entries, I would prefer to have option to disable them entirely.</p>
