Reinstalling Opera does not help shaking his Web-Installer and Avtomnomny tried to off site.

Opera opens sometime after 20 attempts to start and close of this error.
The same can not be opening external links, such as messages on Skype, etc. always pops up this error.

Help please, I'm worn out.

Tried re-installing 100 times now.
Using Windows 7 Enterprise (SP1)

It doesn't matter if i install it on a different folder or the standard. It just won't start up.

Have you tried (re)installing it on a new folder?
