Like, a shortcut, or a button. Quick search tells me no shortcuts seem to exist for this purpose, and I don't see any obvious buttons that could serve this purpose. Thanks.</p>

Then you can use F4 to toggle it.</p>
<p dir="auto">You don't have to use F4 though. It's just what the old Presto-based Opera Browser suite (Opera 12) used to toggle its sidebar.</p>
