<![CDATA[Opera 84 Stable news]]>The Stable channel has been updated to 84.0.4316.14 ;-)
 
The major news in this release is the Paste Protection feature - you can find more info about it in the blog post.
 
New Opera's flags - disabled by default (work in progress):
#side-profiles (for now Windows only)
Allow creating side profiles.

#snap-crop-tool
Allows to crop while snapping.

#snap-text-selection
Allows capturing the text selection on a page with built-in Snapshot tool from the pop-up.

#snap-upstream-implementation
When enabled, snapshots will be performed using implementation from Chromium.

#vpn-selective-bypass-for-search
Makes the VPN bypass for the default search engines more selective.
 
The flags #paste-protection and #vpn-manual-bypass-for-intranet are enabled in this version (ready to use).
 
Removed Opera's flags: #easy-files-downloads-folder, #fast-tab-tooltip, #global-vpn-throttle, #pinboard-local, #reader-mode, #snap-meme-generator, #static-tab-audio-indicator and #video-conferencing-popout-tab-sharing.

Chromium is updated to a new major version 98.0.4758.82, that includes many important security fixes.
