Downgrade your browser and check the missing bookmarks those are showing or not. If all are showing then make a zip of that bookmarks, then upgrade browser and check again it is showing or not. It is my opinion, try in this way, let's see what happen.</p>
<p dir="auto">Or In "Menu -&gt; Bookmarks -&gt; Other Bookmarks" or on the opera://bookmarks page or the Bookmarks panel in the sidebar (panel enabled when opera://flags/#bookmarks-panel is enabled)? Hopefully  your issue will resolve.</p>
