New Opera's flags in Beta - disabled by default (still work in progress):
#side-profiles (for now Windows only)
Allow creating side profiles.

#snap-crop-tool
Allows to crop while snapping.

#snap-text-selection
Allows capturing the text selection on a page with built-in Snapshot tool from the pop-up.

#snap-upstream-implementation
When enabled, Snapshots will be performed using implementation from Chromium.

#vpn-selective-bypass-for-search
Makes the VPN bypass for the default search engines more selective.
 
The flags enabled by default in this version (ready to check it):
#automatic-video-popout
#paste-protection
#vpn-manual-bypass-for-intranet
 
Removed flags: #easy-files-downloads-folder, #fast-tab-tooltip, #global-vpn-throttle, #pinboard-local, #reader-mode, #snap-meme-generator, #static-tab-audio-indicator and #video-conferencing-popout-tab-sharing.

- DNA-97468 Incorrect number of restored tabs, when the video pop-out is detached
- DNA-97549 Port a fix from Chromium for "ui::(anonymous namespace)::OzonePlatformX11::InitializeUI(ui::OzonePlatform::InitParams const&)" crash
- DNA-97457 [Win] crash after second click on Settings button in the video pop-out
