I was in a coffee shop on their WIFI. I could not play stream in Opera after install. Then I tried MS Edge, same. Sent in complaint about Opera only to see that Edge plays at home.
So, my question is there a way for WIFI service providers to block streaming to certain providers (radio.net in my case)? I think I had this issue before. What a pain.

On the other hand, if they're going to block other stuff they'll probably block VPNs too. Walmart's wi-fi (where I work) is like that - they block all VPNs and also block any site with the words gun or rifle in the name. (Kind of strange to me, you can buy a rifle or shotgun at many Walmarts but can't look it up online to compare prices or check features.)
