Opera GX not being able to load most videos/livestreams

In youtube, I can only watch videos. Livestreams and premiere just gives me the error saying that my browser doesn't support it. In any other livestreaming platforms, it also gives me error when trying to watch a livestream (like in twitch). In reddit, videos and GIFs doesn't load. In twitter, well, same as reddit.
Basically most of the time, only pictures load in other platforms.

Using an "N" edition of Windows?
What does https://html5test.com/ say for h.264 and aac support?
Do things work if you goto the URL
opera://settings/system, disable hardware acceleration, and restart Opera? -

@burnout426 yes, im using windows 10 pro N. Also turning off hardware acceleration didnt work.

@janthememer Then you need to download and install the media package for it through Windows Update.

Okay, turn that back on then and install/enable the Windows Media feature pack as suggested.

I'm having the same issues, but I do not have Windows 10 Pro N, I just have Windows 10 Home. Need some help, This has been an ongoing issue of being unable to watch livestreams on twitch and lives on youtube. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
