It had proceeded to ask me for a sync password which I had no idea what it was asking for so I clicked reset sync password, once I did that it erased all my data. I currently have all the files I believe I need that contains the data I am in desperate need to have (mainly Login Data, with the information needed to use it), is there any way I can get what I lost back or am I screwed and have to try and locate everything again?

Why don't you use a keepass to save your important passwords even though you have them sync in a browser?
I think you should think about it

If you reformatted your computer, then your old cookies and login data (saved passwords) will no longer be readable as they are encrypted to your Windows account. Sorry, nothing you or they can do there. You should be able to get your bookmarks back as that isn't encrypted. Other than those, not sure what you'd be looking for.
