<![CDATA[Multiple opening and Google notifying suspicious actions]]>Hi,

Since recently whenever I opened Google with Opera I received an automated message from Google that there were suspicious activities from my laptop and I was asked to verify that it was really me.

Initially I thought of a virus, but my virusscanner did not find anything. In addition, already for years my firewall is at the highest level. As this only happens with Opera and not with other browsers, I reinstalled Opera. For the moment I do not see Google warning anymore, but Opera continues to open extremely slow.

When I opened the task-manager on my laptop I noticed that Opera automatically opens 7x, which would explain the slowness. It also indicated an initially very high memory usage. Anybody else experience with this?

Maybe, I’m not sure. I have several Email addresses / accounts combined in one inbox on my iPhone and do see an indication when there are new messages on the start screen. The issue is that I have had this for a long time without any problems and only recently the issue of Google and a very slow Opera started to appear.
