<![CDATA[Website display differente layout]]>When I enter site from one browser I see everything in a correct way, in the other case it shows this green layout.
What went wrong and how to fix it?

No, seems like disabling the content blocking does nothing, so then it would have to be browser sniffing (the server doesn't recognize Opera and so doesn't know what to send it). You'd need to use a user-agent switcher to pretend the browser is Chrome.
