This is how you do it (Windows):</p>
<ol>
<li>right-click the shortcut you normally start Opera with<br />
(1b right-click the Opera beta/developer entry if your shortcut is sitting at the taskbar)</li>
<li>choose "Properties"</li>
<li>In the Target-field add --name_of_the_switch=its_value behind the last <code>"</code></li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">You can have a look at <a href="http://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Chromium's command line switches</a>.
