It's really the only thing keeping me from switching over to GX. They may be niche features, but I use them all the time. It would be nice to be able to group tabs and move them all at once. (shift click to select multiple tabs and then when you drag them they all move together) Having to do it one by one if I want to combine two windows is a real pain. Also, speed dial is fine and all but I would like to be able to just add a group of tabs to my bookmarks in their own folder. It's nice just having everything in my normal bookmarks instead of having them divided between bookmarks and speed dial. Finally, the animation when you move a tab from one window feels clunky and unresponsive. Not to just say Opera should be Chrome, but in Chrome, when moving a tab to another window, the tab actually snaps into the window and looks like a normal tab, not some weird floating hyperlink ghost looking thing. I'm not sure how many people care about these features, but I move tabs around a lot (apparently) and this lack of small features isreally annoying when I notice it repeatedly, in every session. I think these would just generally ease the process of switching over everything from a diferrent browser. I'm sure I'm not the only one turned off by this.

I need to have a good number of tabs open for work and beyond that I like to have multiple tabs open for other things. The excessive resource usage by chrome originally pushed me to try opera GX, and while I love it, it would be a major upgrade to be able to move several selected tabs to another window at once (especially for those with more than one monitor).

You can ctrl + click or shift + click to select tabs. Then, you can right-click on a tab, goto "save" and choose "all tabs to a speed dial folder". Doing so will only save selected tabs.

Then, at the URL
opera://bookmarks
, you can move that speed dial folder to "other bookmarks". It's an extra step, but something you could do for now.

Also, if you make use of Opera's workspaces instead of separate windows, you can right-click a tab and move selected tabs to a difference workspace. Then, if you do the right-click on tab -> save option, it'll only save tabs in that workspace.

Also, if you goto the URL
opera://flags/#workspaces-dnd
, you can enable drag-n-drop for workspaces.
