<![CDATA[Add new customization tools to the home page]]>Hi, it would be really cool to be able to evolve the customization for the main browser page.

For the tiles here are some ideas:

  • Have an option to adjust the percentage of translucency of the tiles.
  • To have the possibility to change the image of the tiles by images to be customized from our computer.

Other things:

I don't know if I'm going to be clear, or even if it will be possible, but having the possibility (if possible) to remove the search bar on the home page for those who want to use the address bar as the main search bar. (personally, I find the search bar on the homepage too big and visually imposing).

I hope to be heard and that this will be retained for the future of Opera, in the meantime, happy holidays to all 😉

There were widgets (speed dial extensions tiles) in the past, but it was removed because of some incompatibility.

This is super super requested and I would love to create and share covers for most famous websites, like people do with steam covers (SteamGrid DB is a great example).

Also the option for widgets between favorites, in the same card style would be great tho
