I don't understand why no developer of opera is answering your problem.

I have the same problem...
After scanning the QR code, the tablet hangs on the loading screen, where it says "Follow the instructions on your other device". After that, nothing happens on the PC ...
I think there is a compatibility issue with HarmonyOS.
