<![CDATA[want to download an older version of opera for linux]]>Like very old, like before 2016 when it had a totaly different user interface.

And did not have VPN and battery saver.
is that possible? it may be possible for windows but i dont think it is for linux please confirm me about it.

if that is not possible can i get a slightly less older version???

i am on linux ubuntu...

and also just asking that will this cause a lot of security threats as i am using a very old version

Opera 11 or 12, direct from Opera. Mind you, I remember at the time some people said 10.50 was the best version ...

Keep in mind, the last version there is from 2013, and a lot has changed in Linux since, It may no longer be possible to satisfy the dependencies in a current distro.

If you go to https://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/ you can find the newer Chrome-based versions (though the first of those with a linux version is https://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/26.0.1656.32/
