I wonder anyone could help

I have no sound in opera
(Version:82.0.4227.33 Opera is up to date)

Sound works OK elsewhere

opera://media-internals/ shows the audio service as disabled
is enabling the service the answer?
if so please advise how I can do this

tied windows trouble shooting, reconnecting speakers, changing speakers etc
