On the desktop there are ways to get around it with extensions, view source or developer tools but those options don't seem to be available in any mobile browser.

You could try Reader mode as that seems to disable Javascript and CSS. If that doesn't work try saving the page as a PDF and finding a PDF viewer app that lets you copy text.

beside there are some text that are not plain text but graphical text which needs a screen reader to read and interpret it e.g an app call "fooView ".👍🏾
