Slow Outlook/Hotmail issue

Hi all,
Really new to Opera GX. Just installed this browser over the weekend and there's a number of features that I like, some I need to adjust the settings of (behavior wise), and some I'm having an issue with. One of which is the browser's performance, when surfing pages like my email box (Outlook.com) and/or FaceBook messenger.
Problem
Whenever I click to open an email, or use any of Outlook's buttons (reply, delete, etc etc), the browser takes a long time before displaying the email contents or opening a reply email. I would also have to wait, say, 20 seconds or for a prompt of confirmation for whenever I want to delete an email. For FaceBook, I find that whenever I open my Message list, it'll take a minute or so before it'll list all my recent messages.
What I've done
As I've mentioned above; this browser is newly installed. I'm having this issue with and without any extensions installed. I have noticed with my default browser (Chrome) that the FB Messenger issue occurs with some Ad Blocker extensions, and have since fixed it by migrating to a different Ad Blocker. However, no joy for me with that resolution in Opera GX.Would love to continue using Opera GX, but unfortunately, if this issue persists with those two websites, I'd have to move back to Chrome. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
-A

Recently, Hotmail https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ has started to offer its users the new design, part by part. However, this design also brought with it a problem with Opera. Although it has been stated that the problems such as not being able to click, view messages, open folders in Hotmail will be fixed by Opera as soon as possible, let's share the quick solution.
To Troubleshoot
To fix the problem, you need to update the Browser Script. You can find detailed information here, but let's briefly explain it here.Go to the browser JavaScript setting and replace it with the valued 1 there.
Save the setting with the "Save" button at the bottom.
From O Menu > Help > Check for update.
Opera will update the Browser Script in the background even though it says there is no new version. When you check Hotmail again in a few minutes, you will see that the problem is fixed. -
