I usually use Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn to cycle between tabs and it works. The issue is whenever i open a new tab and want to cycle with the shortcut, it doesn't work.

The new tab "speed dial" does not allow for cycling to other tabs. Either i 1) close the tab, 2) change the tab manually with the mouse or 3) use another shortcut to change the tab like Ctrl+Number or Ctrl+Tab which is not practical for me.

Does anyone have any tips on how to overcome this limitation with Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn??

Thank you.

I have the exact same issue. Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn is the only way I swap tabs. Were you able to find an addon to have it fixed, or did you have to keep using the methods you described?

Thanks
