I can get the icon into the tray, but it will not open to a full-sized window, so I can do what I have to do. I'm a 77 yr-old woman who is not a great computer whiz, and I don't have funds to hire someone to help me. Is there anyone out there who can? Thank you., Daisysmom.</p>
