An update about the situation. I noticed that it works on shorts, but not on normal videos.
Fixed at 70%

In addition, I don't have a mouse with lots of buttons but only backward and forward, as well as a profile switcher, which apparently JS can't detect

The closest you can get is Return YouTube Dislike, but this video explains its downsides

Now I'm wondering, is there an extension that makes comment dislike count visible? I can't find anything that does that. Maybe you could make something like that if it isn't too much trouble.
