Opera GX breaks then using sync.

I have got a new laptop with Windows 10 Pro.
After installing Opera GX it works fine, after that I go to settings and enagled sync, logged with my account and tthis is moment then everything is going creazy. I shutdowns, like it should. But then I tried opening it, I was greeded with a white square for a fraction of a second and then it disapeard, And opera do it three times. I look at Process Meager but there were no Opera processes. I tried again but with the same resoult. I remeber having same issues back then on my old laptop with win 8.1, but why opera GX brokes on very new installtion of windows?
Note: I arledy tried reinstalling Opera GX with cleaning %appdata%.
