<![CDATA[Cannot download any files: "Interrupted: Download error"?]]>Every time I try to download a document, the download fails and I get "Interrupted: Download error." It happens with docx, xlsx, pptx, csv, pdf, and the like. It doesn't happen with image files or exe files. I have restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, added and removed and readded firewall exceptions, and so on.

I am on a Surface laptop running Windows 10 Pro wersion 10.0.19043 build 19043. (My CPU is too old for Windows 11). Opera is up to date.

I have found an old post about this problem with no answers other than to reinstall Opera.
