Do you have Opera's VPN on or off?

Any difference with Opera's adblocker and tracking protection turned off?

Any difference if you disable all of your extensions?

Goto the URL opera://settings/system. Do you have dns over https enabled? If so, disable it and restart Opera to see if it helps.
